The Imperial foam team highly suggested spray foam over the regular insulation in the basement that I was renovating. I am glad that I took their recommendation as I notice the difference in temperature and as well as the drop in our heating/cooling bill! Highly recommend Imperial Foam for their insulation services! Whole house spray foam for a gutted house.A site visit was conducted for the quote. They took the the time to explain what and where the foam would be sprayed. They even had an example of the 2lb foam being used (R20).Estimate was detailed and in writing, including the full specifications of the product used.The installers were very friendly, they did a great job, they protected the areas required.At the end of the job we did a walk through, i expressed my concern with a missed area and they started up the machine and fixed it without any questions.My experience could not have been better. They will be getting a call for my basement.PS. I was claiming the Enbridge rebate and the inspector approved this installation.

For my new build home, I have received multiple quotes and the Imperial Foam's quote was not only the lowest but also the most thorough in terms of describing the scope of work. Their prep work was good and as expected they made sure all openings and gaps were spray-foamed properly. I noticed that they actually added a few more inches of foam from the quoted scope when the work was completed. Especially for spray foaming around my skylights, they did an excellent job for my drywall contractor to perform Level 5 finish. I appreciate their professionalism and the responsiveness for my inquiries. I would definitely hire them again for my next project.
